We help you start out and progress your riding
When you take up any sport; skiing, golf, swimming, the first thing you'll arrange is suitable lessons. Mountain biking is no different, the more lessons you take, the better you are as a rider, and the more enjoyable each ride becomes.
Our coaching sessions are tailored for each rider. We start off by assessing your current level, then offer helpful tips and advice to improve your riding. These could include; position on your bike, attention, corning, line choice, and more as you progress as a rider.
Craig is experienced with over 30 years mountain biking, through various disciplines including racing up to a high level. Craig is patient and passionate about everyone enjoying themselves on bikes. Our junior guides help out during group coaching, providing demos for younger riders to follow.

Yes! We welcome everyone. We would recommend booking a private coaching day to start with - this way we can offer advice and boost your confidence before joining a group Trail Day.
We are based in Aberdeen and take riders over the North East and beyond during our Trail Days and Adventure Trips.
