A Trail Day gives the riders an opportunity to ride great trails around the North East, practise trail features and have a great day outdoors, with the back up of a fully qualified and experienced mountain bike guide. Join one of our weekend Trail Days to meet new friends or arrange a private Trail Day with you and your mates!
The Trail Days are tailored for each riders ability but challenging enough you'll be able to progress your riding skills. Some of our Trail Days have age or trail grade suggestions, so check out before you book. We can also arrange small group or individual Trails Days to work on skills.
What makes our Trail Days unique is we offer to pick up and return riders between Aberdeen and the trail location. Riders are driven safely in our nine seat transporter, with bikes and kit on our dedicated trailer. Or you can choose to meet us at the trail head, while your family ride too or they go for a coffee!
Tarland has two trail areas with the shorter Drummy woods which is great for newer riders or as a warm up at the start of the day. The Pittenderich trails have recently been added and offer blue flow trails, red technical trails and black jump trails. We can pick a set of trails on the day and see what your favourite trail will be.

Chutney is a classic downhill trail with root and rock features, along with some single track in between. Relish is a newer trail which is smoother but offers fun jumps and nice bermed corners. These two trails make a great day riding for everyone.
Master Blaster is a steeper technical trail near Aboyne. It takes a bit of climbing but worth it for the descent. This can be ridden a few times in the day or practise each section in turn.
